Complete touristy three-day getaway to a Montego Bay resort
Much like the back home in Florida, we had some brief but heavy rain in the afternoon. This made for some incredible sunrises and sunsets.
We stayed at Secrets St. James. Not exactly a culturally enriching experience, but a comfortable mid-market resort and a nice getaway.
Pleasantly surprised to see the quality of the coral reef around the resort. Very little bleaching and just bustling with life. Seen reefs in much more remote locales in far worse shape.
Drone regulations, on paper, seem to be pretty similar to the United States (line of sight, daylight only, height limitations, etc). Flying around the bay was no problem at all. We were about 8 km from airport.
