The Centennial Trip

Depending on what’s counted, Georgia marks either the 99th or 100th country visited. Regardless, this whole trip capped off 100 countries visited. As has been the case with most travel during Covid, the backbone of the itinerary was a round-trip through Istanbul. From there, we visited Georgia & Moldova. While some unrest has occurred in the capital Tbilisi in the interim, our visit was about as safe and comfy and touristy as one could hope. 

Tbilisi, at least through our experience, had a youthful party vibe. Even a couple teetotalers like us inevitably ended up day-drinking wine. Fortunately this leg of the trip was fun & relaxing enough that I can’t even conjure any clickbait. Lovely pics though… enjoy:
